Adirondack Regional Insurance was established in Glens Falls in 1997 by Jeffrey D. Howard, current owner and President of Agency, after serving as a local Independent agent for 10 yrs.

The main philosophy applied when selecting our company affiliations was to align ourselves with quality regional carriers. Thus our name; Adirondack Regional Insurance Agency.

It is our experience that this approach is more practical as opposed to placing business with companies out of our geographic location that may not understand our regionalized underwriting conditions.

In 1999 we purchased property on Bay Rd. in Queensbury NY just 2.5 miles from the Glens Falls office and constructed a new 1000 sq ft. office building where the operation was relocated in May of 2001.

Plans are currently being designed for a 600 sq. ft. addition and once planning board approval is obtained, the Agency will set a timetable to break ground.

The agency staff if comprised of 6 people, 4 who are currently licensed to sell property and casualty Insurance.
